Implement and manage the Occupational Health System in compliance with applicable legal requirements and standards, ensuring the development of operational health controls, promoting and protecting the occupational health of site employees.
Main Functions and Responsibilities:
- Manage the on-site medical service
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance related to occupational health
- Medical service documentation control
- Follow up on compliance with NOM-030-STPS
- Monitor and report occupational health indicators
- Conduct pre-employment and periodic medical examinations
- Active participation in the Health Brigade
- Develop and implement preventive health campaigns
- Conduct plant walkthroughs and inspections
- Provide emergency medical attention
- Prepare and present KPIs to management
- Supervise medical staff under charge
