The Opportunity

 

We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team, working in Adelaide, in a permanent full or part time capacity. 


As a mobile clinician, you will be providing care to Australian’s in the comfort of their home. This is a great opportunity for you to have variety in your caseload which will allow you to utilise your skills and grow as a health professional with the continue clinical support and mentoring from our senior clinicians. 

In the Community you will support:

  • Home Care Package clients: supporting clients to remain independent at home, through home assessments; equipment prescriptions and home modifications.

  • Rehab in the home program: focusing on post orthopaedic surgery

  • Hospital in the Home program: supporting clients after hospitalisation, including general surgeries
