We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to support a 23-year-old young person in Bexley who has an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). The young person presents with bilateral sensorineural hearing loss , delayed receptive and expressive language , and mild Autistic Spectrum Disorder .

This role is to begin ASAP and will involve providing 1 hour of direct Occupational Therapy per week , alongside contributing to essential EHCP processes.
