Job Description
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patient capabilities, limitations, and rehabilitation needs
Design and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to patient goals
Deliver targeted therapeutic interventions for physical, neurological, and developmental rehabilitation
Facilitate improvements in mobility, self-care, and daily living skills
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment progress and patient records
Partner with multidisciplinary teams including physiotherapists, speech therapists, nurses, and physicians
Educate patients and families on therapy objectives, home exercises, and adaptive strategies
Utilize assistive devices, adaptive techniques, and rehabilitation equipment effectively
