Occupational Therapist (Ergotherapeut)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patient capabilities, limitations, and rehabilitation needs
  
• Design and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to patient goals
  
• Deliver targeted therapeutic interventions for physical, neurological, and developmental rehabilitation
  
• Facilitate improvements in mobility, self-care, and daily living skills
  
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment progress and patient records
  
• Partner with multidisciplinary teams including physiotherapists, speech therapists, nurses, and physicians
  
• Educate patients and families on therapy objectives, home exercises, and adaptive strategies
  
• Utilize assistive devices, adaptive techniques, and rehabilitation equipment effectively
  

• Anabin H+ degree in Occupational Therapy (Indian qualifications preferred due to recognition eligibility)
  
• Full professional recognition of qualification in Germany (mandatory)
  
• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in occupational therapy
  
• German language proficiency at B2 level or higher
  
• Demonstrated expertise in rehabilitation, therapy planning, and patient-centered care
  
• Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within team environments
