Occupational Therapist I

Your Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist with a passion for hand rehabilitation to join our fast-paced Hand Therapy Department. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment, supporting patients with a wide range of acute and post-surgical conditions impacting function, mobility, and participation.
Provide comprehensive assessment and evidence-informed treatment for clients post- surgery or hand injuries. Develop individualized treatment plans focused on restoring function, maximizing independence. Fabricate, adjust, and evaluate custom orthoses (splints) as required. Collaborate closely with surgeons and other rehabilitation team members. Contribute to quality improvement, mentorship, and program development within the clinic.
