Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current state Occupational Therapy certification/license.
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy preferred.
• Membership or certification from professional bodies such as AOTA and OTAC is desirable.
