The incumbent Occupational Therapist will provide occupational therapy service provision to adult Persons Receiving Services with Intellectual and Developmental Disability in the Article 16 Clinic and the Independent Practitioner Services for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities (IPSIDD) settings on an Evaluative, Restorative, Maintenance, and/or Habilitative level. They will be supervised by the Occupational Therapy Supervisor 1 and/or 2.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct Occupational Therapy evaluations in accordance with OPWDD, Article 16, IPSIDD, Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services and other third-party payor guidelines.
