Job Description

  • Conduct screening and assessment of sensory and motor development.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions for children and adults with disabilities.
  • Deliver home-based services through regular home visits for assessment and intervention.
  • Organize and conduct screening camps and community outreach programs.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of interventions and assessments.
  • Recommend and distribute aids and assistive devices.
  • Provide referral services and counselling for families and caregivers.
  • Conduct training programs and community sensitization sessions.
  • Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.

Educational Qualifications

  • BOT/PGDEI, Bachelors in Developmental Therapy, or equivalent degree from an RCI-recognized institute.
  • MSc in Disability Studies (Early Intervention) is also acceptable.
