Position Summary: Pediatric Occupational Therapist

We are looking for a compassionate, skilled Occupational Therapist who loves working with children (ages 2–15) with developmental, emotional, sensory, or motor challenges.


Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group OT sessions tailored to each child’s developmental profile
  • Conduct sensory and motor assessments and create individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate closely with parents/caregivers to support carryover of therapy strategies at home
  • Participate in regular team case discussions and supervision
  • Document treatment sessions and progress reports according to clinic standards
Requirements
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy (Bachelor’s or Master’s level)
  • Eligible to practice as an Occupational Therapist
  • Experience with pediatric clients (sensory integration, motor delays, autism spectrum, etc.)
  • Familiarity with developmental, relationship-based models (DIR/Floortime or similar) is a plus
  • English fluency required;
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
