Occupational Therapist

Responsibilities

• Perform occupational therapy evaluations and assessments

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on functional needs and medical necessity

• Deliver direct therapy services in clinic and community settings

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with insurance and regulatory standards

• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary clinical teams

• Participate in treatment planning and progress reviews

Qualifications

• Active Arizona OT license

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy

• Pediatric experience preferred

• Familiarity with Medicaid and commercial insurance requirements

• Strong clinical reasoning and documentation skills
