Responsibilities
Perform occupational therapy evaluations and assessments
Develop individualized treatment plans based on functional needs and medical necessity
Deliver direct therapy services in clinic and community settings
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with insurance and regulatory standards
Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary clinical teams
Participate in treatment planning and progress reviews
Qualifications
Active Arizona OT license
Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
Pediatric experience preferred
Familiarity with Medicaid and commercial insurance requirements
Strong clinical reasoning and documentation skills
