Occupational Therapist School Setting - Spring Valley, CA

A full-time occupational therapist position is available to support students in a K-12 school setting located in Spring Valley, CA, with additional assignments in Chula Vista, CA. This contract role provides an opportunity to deliver high-quality occupational therapy services across two school sites.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing occupational therapy evaluations and interventions tailored to K-12 students
• Implementing individualized treatment plans to facilitate students' educational participation
• Collaborating with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Utilizing teletherapy options as appropriate to enhance service delivery
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with school policies

Desired qualifications and experience:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist credentialed to practice in educational settings
• Experience in school-based occupational therapy services preferred
• Familiarity with teletherapy modalities beneficial
• Skills in healthcare and home health occupational therapy considered an asset
• Ability to manage caseloads effectively across multiple sites

Employment details:

• Full-time role: 5 days per week, 7.5 hours per day
• Contract duration: ASAP through the end of the school year, with potential for extension
• Work locations include two school sites in Spring Valley and Chula Vista, CA
