2. Manage export bookings with ocean carriers and coordinate cargo pickup, consolidation, and loading.
3. Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy of all required export documentation in compliance with international regulations.
4. Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing shipment updates and resolving operational issues.
5. Coordinate with overseas agents, vendors, and carriers to ensure smooth and timely operations.
