Experience in Ocean Freight (strongly preferred).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Knowledge of ocean cargo operations, documentation, and routing.
Experience with CargoWise (preferred).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills to work with internal and external stakeholders. What You'll Do:
Respond to and manage daily quote requests to support our global ocean export pipeline.
Source competitive rates from carriers and logistics partners using direct contacts, rating tools, and CargoWise.
Apply strategic thinking to ensure optimal customer value and revise quotes as needed.
Offer the best routing solutions, considering direct versus agent routing.
