Job Description



Responsibilities:• Own the service metric for export clusters NRA and South Asia, providing daily support to the team for all ocean freight and truck transport escalations.• Track the supply plan report for delivery fulfillment on a twice/thrice weekly basis, to ensure logistics-loss service failures are addressed and attributed correctly.• Work with the sourcing units and supply planners to ensure Bookings/transports are secured against the load plan, cargo readiness confirmed, providing logistics systems and process expertise.• Preparation of data analytics and analysis for logistics KPI (Cost, Service, D&D, etc).• Manage and lead the governance for performance review calls for cluster/global supplychain forums.• Provide leadership and act as an escalation point for the D&D control tower CapGeminiteam, driving optimal and effective D&D risk and D&D claims processes.• Support in ad hoc analyses on logistics-related insights and data (data gathering, costbenchmarking for ocean + road freight, transport volume data).• Driving Logistic projects: Lead the building and operationalization of the Logistics projects for driving optimization; automations; etc that enable logistics performance• Co-manage with the team for the Global annual and mini-tender exercises for UI, working directly with ocean procurement and within the team as required.• Support global logistics project initiatives as a functional expert for logisticsExperience required:• Industry-level knowledge around ocean freight and road transport, primarily in NRA and South Asia• Performance management experience in driving/tracking logistics costs and service• Strong in data analysis and insights gathering through info analytics• Able to work with virtual stakeholders across different geographies
