Ocean Operations Supervisor

Requisitos

• Licenciatura en Negocios Internacionales, Comercio Internacional, Ingeniería en Logística o afín.
• Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en operaciones marítimas (importación, exportación, aduanas, pricing).
• Conocimientos técnicos en tráfico marítimo y gestión de equipos.
• Inglés avanzado.
• Conocimientos en cargowise
• Manejo de Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Supervisar y garantizar la correcta ejecución de procesos de importación y exportación marítima.
• Revisar y asegurar la precisión de documentación y bases de datos operativas.
• Coordinar con operaciones regionales/nacionales para cumplir con certificaciones y políticas globales.
• Realizar auditorías y revisiones periódicas para asegurar el cumplimiento normativo.
• Analizar resultados operativos y dar respuesta a consultas y solicitudes relacionadas con el producto marítimo.
• Brindar orientación y recomendaciones para resolver requerimientos internos y externos.
• Liderar y desarrollar al equipo de Ocean Specialists.
