Must have a minimum of 7 years of professional experience with minimum 3+ years Systems Administration (Linux,windows) in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
Deep expertise in advanced troubleshooting, system performance tuning, and infrastructure automation in OCI.
In-depth knowledge of Linux OS internals, including boot process, file systems, process and memory management, network stack.
Strong in managing and troubleshooting LVM, RAID, NFS, multipathing, boot issues, init/systemd, and package management (dnf/yum/rpm).
Proficient in configuring and securing SSH, firewall (iptables/nftables), NFS/SMB, Syslog, and systemd services.
Experience with diagnosing and resolving performance issues, conducting root cause analysis (RCA) on system and application-level incidents.
Hands on experience in writing and modifying Terraform and Ansible scripts for managing OCI Infrastructure.
Extensive automation of system tasks: log rotation, patching, user management, backup scripts, system health monitoring in OCI
OS image build for Linux, Windows and patch automation using Python, Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell.
Hands on Experience in OCI solutions: virtual machines/networks, hybrid cloud, identity, security models, cloud monitoring, logging, cloud storage.
Hands on Experience with provisioning storage, compute nodes, network in OCI
Aptitude to be a good team player and the desire to learn and implement new Cloud technologies as needed.
Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
