TheOCM Senior Manager– Change, Learning & Enablementis a senior,client facingrole responsible for designing, executing, and delivering all aspects of the Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategy for internal and external client engagements. This role requires deepexpertisein change management methodologies, instructional design, and learning program development to drivesuccessfuladoption of new processes, technologies, services, operating models, and ways of working.
The OCM Senior Manager leads the people side of change across complex transitions and transformations, including changes to business processes, IT systems and technology, organizational structures, roles, skills, and culture. The role is accountable for developing and implementing integrated change, learning, and enablement strategies that maximize employee adoption andproficiencywhile minimizing resistance and disruption.
