Core Requirements (Essential)

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics and Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: 4-6 years of hands-on experience with Nokia Charging Controller (NCC) or another major third-party OCS (e.g., Ericsson, Amdocs, Huawei).
• Domain Knowledge:
• In-depth understanding of the OSS/Telecom domain , including call flows and core network protocols.
• Proven experience in tariff design and product catalogue creation for Prepaid/Postpaid services within an OCS.
• Strong background in 4G/5G charging testing or development , with excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
