OD Manager in Manufacturing needed in Penang up to 18k!

Your new company

This globally recognized manufacturing company is looking for an OD Manager to join their company, and is known for their innovative solutions. Headquartered internationally, you will be placed in the Penang plant which is the acting HQ for the region.

Your new role

You will be focused on overseeing all aspects of organizational development, including change management, talent management, performance planning etc. This will be a collaborative role that works extensively with the APAC Head of Organzational Development to implement and localize strategies.
