Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in BIT, MIS, BIS, BA, or any equivalent degree.
  • Comprehensive Odoo ERP knowledge.
  • 3+ years of experience (Odoo-related experience is preferred).
  • Available for full-time employment.
  • Advanced technical skills and knowledge of business workflows, software documentation, testing & supporting.
  • Excellent English language skills (Reading, Understanding, Writing, and Speaking).
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Suite & MS Office tools.

    • Responsibilities

  • Client site visits to provide product demos, requirements gathering, training, and support.
  • Odoo project implementation & management.
  • First-line support with clients, defining and analyzing system problems.
  • Writing technical designs for applications, and customizations and working closely with the technical team to tackle business needs.

    • Nice to have

  • Experience in ERP various modules implementation and project management.
  • Odoo functional certificate or any ERP implementation certification.
  • Commercial awareness and an ongoing thirst for professional development.
