The Role:

Role Overview:

The Odoo Consultant will be responsible for functional consulting, including requirements gathering, configuration, implementation, and support. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Odoo ERP across various business modules, with functional expertise as the main focus. Technical skills and hands-on development experience are preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Odoo ERP solutions
  • Configure and implement Odoo modules (Accounting, Sales, Inventory, HR, CRM, etc.)
  • Conduct user training, testing, and documentation for implemented modules
  • Provide day-to-day support and troubleshoot production issues (on-call when needed)
  • Collaborate with technical developers for customizations and integrations
  • Monitor ongoing projects to ensure system optimization and user satisfaction
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for workflows and module configurations
  • Coordinate with the Dubai-based management team to ensure business needs are met


Ideal Profile:

Candidate Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience as an Odoo Consultant (the more, the better)
  • Strong functional expertise with cross-module experience
  • Odoo certification is mandatory
  • Technical skills or development experience in Odoo is a plus
  • Excellent understanding of business processes and ERP workflows
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Based in Egypt and available to work remotely with Dubai time zone
