Developer to join our team and help us build and enhance Odoo-based solutions, including custom module development, API integrations, and system optimizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Odoo Module Development: Develop and customize Odoo modules, workflows, and reports based on business requirements.

• API Development & Integrations: Create and manage APIs to integrate Odoo with third-party systems, including logistics, e-commerce, and financial platforms.

• Customization & Optimization: Enhance Odoo’s core functionalities by implementing custom features, automation, and process optimizations.

• Odoo Picking Module Enhancement: Work on modules related to Serial Order Wise Picking Assign, batch tracking, real-time updates, and picker time-tracking.

• Database Management: Maintain and optimize PostgreSQL databases for better performance.

• Bug Fixing & Troubleshooting: Debug and resolve issues related to Odoo functionalities, performance, and integrations.

• Support & Maintenance: Provide technical support and maintenance for Odoo applications.

• Documentation: Write technical documentation, including module development, API structures, and deployment guides.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum [X] years of experience in Odoo development (preferably Odoo 14-17).

Technical Skills:

• Strong expertise in Python, Odoo framework, and PostgreSQL.

• Experience with Odoo API integrations (REST, XML-RPC, JSON-RPC).

• Knowledge of QWeb reports and UI customization. 

• Understanding of Odoo ORM, models, views, and workflows.

• Familiarity with Odoo.sh, Git, and version control systems.

• Experience with JavaScript, XML, and CSS for front-end Odoo customization.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in real-time data handling and Omni-channel systems.

• Knowledge of warehouse management, logistics modules, and picking list optimizations.

• Understanding of POS, Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Accounting modules in Odoo.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile development environment.

• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.

• Odoo certification is a plus.
