Project Overview:
Small retail business moving from Lightspeed POS to Odoo POS. Most of our system is already working. We need help finishing and optimizing our printing workflow so it is fast and reliable for daily retail use.
Business Environment:
• Small Retail Store (Live Production Environment)
• Migrating from Lightspeed → Odoo
• Windows POS Computer
• Remote Access Allowed
• FaceTime / Live Screen Share Available if Helpful
Hardware:
• Epson TM-m30II Receipt Printer
• MFLABEL DT426B Label Printer
• USB Barcode Scanners
• Cash Drawer Connected Through Epson Receipt Printer
What We Need Help With:
• Verify printers are configured correctly in Odoo POS
• Help create fastest workflow for printing receipts and labels
• Ensure cash drawer opens correctly on cash transactions
• Minor print template or routing adjustments if needed
