- Lead Odoo backend theme customization and frontend development
- Build responsive, dynamic, and intuitive UIs using OWL + CSS
- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate seamlessly with Odoo models
- Optimize frontend performance, accessibility, and user experience
- Guide and mentor junior developers
- 3+ years in frontend development, with 2+ years in Odoo theme customization
- Strong skills in JavaScript (ES6+), OWL, CSS/SCSS, QWeb templates, XML
