Job Description

Requirements Gathering:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.
  • Conduct interviews and workshops to gather detailed and accurate information for Odoo ERP customization.
  • One of the key responsibilities is preparing a Requirement Document that clearly outlines business needs, functional requirements, and process flows.
  • Strong knowledge of Odoo functional modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, etc.)
  • Ability to map business processes to Odoo workflows

Create Business Requirement Document (BRD) outlining:

  • Project Scope
  • Business Objectives
  • Stakeholders Involved

Define Functional Requirement Specification (FRS) including:

  • Use Cases
  • User Roles & Permissions
  • Module-wise functional flows
  • Reporting & Dashboards

Odoo Configuration:
