About the Job
We are looking for an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in core business modules such as CRM, Sales, Inventory, Purchase, Accounting, HRMS, and other Odoo modules. This role involves working closely with clients to gather end-to-end business requirements, configuring Odoo modules, managing data migration, and ensuring smooth ERP implementations.
The candidate must be ready to travel to client sites for requirement gathering and implementation activities. Strong functional and business understanding, coupled with hands-on experience in Odoo Enterprise, is essential.
Qualification
· Minimum Undergraduate degree (UG) is required; Postgraduate degree (PG) will be considered a plus.
· Other standard qualifications in Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting, or IT are advantageous.
· Strong understanding of business processes and accounting principles.
· Odoo certification will be considered an added advantage.
Role & Responsibilities
· Gather, analyse, and document client requirements across multiple industries and projects.
· Configure and implement Odoo modules including Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HRMS, and more.
· Manage data migration, system setup, and ERP deployment.
· Provide client training, demos, and ongoing support.
· Collaborate with project teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
· Offer practical, value-adding solutions based on client needs.
· Ensure compliance with accounting standards and, where applicable, UAE VAT regulations.
· Maintain excellent client communication, presentations, and engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Requirements
· Minimum 6+ years of experience working with Odoo, including 4+ years as a Functional Consultant.
· Strong hands-on experience in Odoo Enterprise and Community editions.
· Proven ability to handle multiple projects and clients across different industries.
· Strong knowledge in Sales, Inventory, Purchase, Accounting, HR modules.
· Excellent problem-solving skills with a practical approach to challenges.
· Ability to work independently or as part of dynamic project teams.
· Readiness to travel to client locations as needed.
