Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Odoo Functional Consultant based in Noida. The Odoo Functional Consultant will collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and provide tailored solutions using Odoo. Key responsibilities include conducting gap analysis, business process mapping, creating functional documentation, configuring and customizing Odoo modules, and delivering training sessions. The consultant will also work closely with technical teams to ensure successful implementations and provide ongoing support to clients.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to identify, interpret, and resolve business process challenges effectively
• Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency, to liaise between teams and clients confidently
• Proven ability to understand and analyze Business Processes, ensuring alignment with client goals
• Experience in Consulting and providing recommendations to implement solutions tailored to client needs
• Knowledge of Finance processes and functions, with the ability to adapt Odoo modules to financial systems
• Understanding of Odoo ERP system and practical experience in implementing or managing Odoo modules
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to dynamic environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
• Odoo certification or prior experience in ERP implementations is a plus
