About the Role We are looking for an Odoo Functional Consultant to support Electrum’s internal systems operations by driving analysis, configuration, implementation, and continuous improvement of Odoo ERP modules.
You will work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, and People teams to understand business needs, translate them into functional system requirements, and ensure Odoo effectively supports our growing EV ecosystem.
This role bridges business processes and technical execution , ensuring that Odoo becomes a reliable backbone for Electrum’s day-to-day operations and future scalability.
What You Will Do Business Process Analysis Partner with stakeholders across Electrum to understand workflows, business needs, and operational challenges.
Conduct gap analysis between current processes and Odoo standard features.
Translate business requirements into clear and detailed functional specifications .
