We’re expanding our delivery team and looking for an Odoo Implementation Consultant who can map business processes, deliver tailored ERP setups, and guide clients through their digital transformation journey.📍 Location: Nasr City, Cairo 🕒 Working Hours: 8-hour shifts – flexibility within business hours 🗓 Working Days: 5 days/week 💰 Salary: Competitive, based on experience 🏥 Benefits: Elite Medical Insurance What You’ll Requirement Analysis & Blueprinting
Meet with clients to gather and analyse business requirements
Map current business processes and design an optimal Odoo ERP blueprint
Implementation & Configuration
Install and configure Odoo modules to meet business needs
Customise and integrate modules using Odoo Studio and other tools
Data Migration & Testing
Manage data migration, ensuring a smooth transfer from legacy systems
Develop and execute testing plans to ensure the solution meets quality standards
Training & Support
Deliver comprehensive training sessions for end-users
Provide ongoing post-implementation support and troubleshooting
Project Management & Reporting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage project timelines
Prepare detailed reports on progress, performance, and outcomes
What We Need from YouExperience:
Minimum of 3 years in ERP implementations, hands-on Odoo experience preferred
Certifications:
Odoo Certification (v16 minimum) is required – v17 or v18 is highly preferred
PMP certification is a strong plus
Technical & Analytical Skills:
Strong understanding of business process mapping and ERP configuration
Ability to customise and troubleshoot Odoo modules
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field
Personal Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving mindset
Ability to work independently and with a collaborative team
