Oenologist

Oenologist (English Speaking)
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Nationality Preference: Pakistani or Malayalee

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Oenologists to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an English-speaking Oenologist, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of wine from grape cultivation to bottling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting quality control tests on grapes and wine samples
- Monitoring and maintaining fermentation processes
- Developing and implementing production plans to ensure efficient wine production
- Collaborating with viticulturists, winemakers, and other team members to ensure high-quality wine production
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed
- Ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Oenologist
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
