We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our manufacturing leadership team. This role is pivotal in managing daily operations, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring optimal performance in line with our organizational goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in lean manufacturing processes.


Main responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our internal and external customers’ expectations. 

  • Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results towards sales and production plan.

  • Continuously improve metrics to improve PVQC (People, Velocity, Quality and Cost). 

  • Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions. 

  • Ensure safety practices and regulatory compliance.
