Job Description
Offboarding Delivery Partner will join the HR (Human Resources) delivery Team based in Warsaw/Poland. This is an intermediate level position responsible for the delivery of day-to-day HR support in coordination with the Human Resources Team. The overall objective of this role is to provide Offboarding related HR services to client groups within Citi.
**What you'll do:**
+ Conduct end-to-end off-boarding processes for the UK (United Kingdom) and Europe (e.g. settlement agreements, terminations, severance preparations)
+ Engage in the full administrative process required for offboarding at Citi
+ HR documents preparation
+ Customer service (via ticket system) in terms of employees and managers support in off-boarding related matters
+ Assist with the management of all off-boarding related issues and provide advice and guidance on Citi policy and procedures
+ Liaise with other Teams where appropriate.
