Requirements:

Graduate of any 4 years business course

Proven experience as an office assistant or administrative role

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification is a plus

Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude
