They are seeking an Office Administration Assistant / Reception to become a key part of the business. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in reception and office administration, rather than a short-term admin position.

About the Role:

The Office Administration Assistant / Reception plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and professional operation of the office. As the first point of contact, you will manage front-of-house operations while providing high-quality administrative support across the organisation.

Working closely with the  Executive Assistant / Office Manager, you will assist with office coordination and support commercial and accounting tasks, ensuring seamless day to day operations.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage front-of-house operations, reception and phone enquiries
  • Represent the company professionally to clients, visitors and suppliers
  • Maintain a clean, well-presented and well-stocked office environment
  • Provide timely administrative support to office-based employees and site teams
  • Assist with office systems, supplies and general coordination
  • Support commercial and accounting tasks, including invoicing and expense processing
  • Perform general administrative duties to improve operational efficiency

Key Requirements: 

  • Minimum 12 months’ experience in a similar reception or office administration role
  • Experience within a client-focused or service-based organisation
  • Strong customer service, communication and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience managing office systems and supplies
  • Exposure to commercial or financial administration (invoicing, expenses)
  • Professional presentation with a genuine interest in building a long-term career in reception and office administration
