Department: Administration & Operations Reports To: Admin Manager / HR / Operations Head Employment Type: Full-Time Job Purpose To support smooth day-to-day office operations by handling office opening and closing, cleanliness, pantry support, classroom readiness, document handling, asset coordination, vendor assistance, and general administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities Office Opening & Closing Open the office premises as per schedule. Switch ON/OFF lights, fans, ACs, projectors, and electrical equipment. Close the office after working hours and lock all doors, cabins, classrooms, and entry/exit points. Ensure the office premises are secured before leaving. Office Maintenance & Cleanliness Maintain cleanliness of office premises, workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and washrooms. Ensure regular dusting, mopping, waste disposal, and basic upkeep. Monitor cleanliness throughout the day and coordinate corrective action when required. Coordinate and support housekeeping / maids for daily cleaning tasks. Pantry & Refreshment Support Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors. Keep pantry clean, stocked, and hygienic. Manage pantry supplies and inform Admin in advance for refills. Office Support & Errands Assist in photocopying, scanning, printing, filing, and document movement. Deliver files, parcels, and office materials within or outside the office when required. Support office events, meetings, and training sessions with logistics and setup. Classroom & Infrastructure Support Ensure chairs are arranged properly and aligned in classrooms and meeting rooms. Assist in setup and reset of classrooms before and after sessions. Support projector setup and coordinate repairs when required. Report chair wear & tear and classroom infrastructure issues. Asset & Material Handling Handle office furniture, stationery, laptops, and basic equipment with care. Assist in setting up desks, chairs, and meeting rooms. Support laptop and equipment repairs through coordination with vendors. Assist Admin in maintaining basic asset and inventory tracking records. Vendor & Maintenance Coordination Assist in coordinating with vendors for: AC servicing and maintenance Electrical and infrastructure repairs Furniture and equipment repairs Support tracking of vendor visits, service work, and submissions. Parking Area & Sticker Management Assist in managing office parking areas. Guide employees, visitors, and guests to designated parking spaces. Support distribution and monitoring of parking stickers. Cheque, Banking & Documentation Support Assist Admin / Accounts team with cheque deposits. Support bank visits when instructed. Assist with submission of vendor bills, service reports, and operational documents. Visitor, Guest & Investor Support Greet visitors politely and guide them to the concerned department or meeting room. Assist Admin team during investor or guest visits with seating and basic arrangements. General Office Support Follow instructions provided by Admin / HR for daily office operations. Maintain a courteous, helpful, and professional approach while performing duties. Eligibility Criteria Minimum Qualification: 8th / 10th Pass Prior experience in office support, facilities, or housekeeping coordination preferred Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email, scanning & printing) Ability to use photocopier, scanner, and basic office equipment Physically fit to perform daily operational tasks Required Skills Punctual and responsible Basic communication skills Ability to follow instructions Cooperative and service-oriented attitude Working Hours As per company working hours Flexibility during events or maintenance activities (if required)
