Location: Commonwealth
Work Schedule: 2 days per week (onsite)

We are looking for a part-time Office Admin Executive to manage basic office administration and facilities management duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stock and manage office pantry supplies
  • Coordinate and oversee servicing contracts e.g. air conditioning maintenance, housekeeping services, plant maintenance and other office vendors
  • Track service schedules and ensure timely renewals
  • Process and verify invoices related to office maintenance and services
  • Maintain basic records of vendors, contracts, and expenses

Requirements

  • Prior experience in office administration or facilities coordination preferred
  • Basic knowledge of invoice processing and vendor coordination
  • Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
