About the Job:

This job is based out of our Bangalore office, located on MG Road.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Office Support

Maintain stock records received from the factory (current, booked, dispatched) in Excel.

Update block details, product images, and stock records on Google Drive.

Maintain visitor records and update contact details.

Prepare basic official letters for banks, government offices, clubs, and documentation purposes.

Manage office files and records in a systematic manner.

Coordinate insurance renewals and follow up on monthly bills.

Accounts & Billing Coordination

Maintain day-to-day financial records.

Track and process utility bills, fuel, printing, and stationery expenses.

Ensure timely settlement of credit card statements.

HR & Staff Coordination

Maintain employee records and handle resumes.
