We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Silverbird Group Sdn Bhd, a dynamic company based in Ipoh, Perak. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our office operations, providing support to our team, and contributing to the overall success of the business.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for our team
- Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems
- Assist with the procurement of office supplies and equipment
- Provide administrative support to the management team as needed
- Contribute to the implementation of office policies and procedures
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers
- Perform other administrative duties as required
