Groundswell Accounting is seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our dynamic team in Noosa Heads, QLD. This full-time position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our office and supporting our accounting professionals in their day-to-day operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the accounting team, including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and coordinating meetings
  • Handling general office duties such as answering phones, greeting clients, and managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
