Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage office operations, supplies, and vendor coordination.
  • Coordinate office events, conferences, and team meetings.
  • Oversee daily office needs and ensure a productive work environment.
  • Support HR or administrative projects as requested by management.
  • Support confidential projects and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Manage personal tasks for higher management (personal appointments, errands, travel, reservations, household coordination etc.)..
  • Manage purchases, deliveries, and personal tasks for the executive like handling purchases/returns, and organizing personal events when needed.
  • Ensure timely communication and follow-ups on assigned tasks. Assist with personal documentation, renewals, and scheduling.
