Job Description
We are looking for an Office & Administrative Support Assistant to help with expenses, office administration, and executive assistant tasks.
Office Administration
Maintain office records, filing, and simple data entry.
Check and monitor office inventory (e.g., stationery, pantry supplies) and request replenishment when needed.
Handle pickups and deliveries as needed.
HR Administration
New hire support: work station, employee access, travel profiles, etc.
Liaison with MOM and ICA: workpass, immigration matters, etc.
Other HR administrative duties assigned by HR Director, ASEAN.
Executive Assistant Support
Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments proactively, prioritizing appointments and arranging meetings, conferences, and travel
