We are looking for an Office & Administrative Support Assistant to help with expenses, office administration, and executive assistant tasks.

Office Administration

  • Maintain office records, filing, and simple data entry.

  • Check and monitor office inventory (e.g., stationery, pantry supplies) and request replenishment when needed.

  • Handle pickups and deliveries as needed.

HR Administration

  • New hire support: work station, employee access, travel profiles, etc.

  • Liaison with MOM and ICA: workpass, immigration matters, etc.

  • Other HR administrative duties assigned by HR Director, ASEAN.

Executive Assistant Support

  • Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments proactively, prioritizing appointments and arranging meetings, conferences, and travel
