Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate reception duties, including visitor check-ins and call handling
- Support event logistics, including set-up and tear-down for onsite meetings
- Maintain office supply inventory and ensure workplace readiness
- Monitor facilities for basic maintenance needs and safety protocols
