We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and maintain a professional attitude. This role requires a responsible and reliable individual comfortable working with both customers and colleagues.
The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support, including:
- Answering customer queries
- Managing correspondence
- Maintaining records
- Ensuring office supplies are stocked
- Ordering supplies when needed
- Managing office accounts
The successful candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent and basic computer literacy. Experience in administration is beneficial but not essential. We are open to considering immigrants for this role. The salary is 1300 AED per month.
