We are currently looking to hire an Office Administrator for a position based in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate must be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and have a keen eye for detail.
The role of the Office Administrator is to ensure that the office runs smoothly and efficiently on a daily basis. This includes tasks such as handling incoming and outgoing mail, organizing files, ordering office supplies, responding to phone calls and emails from customers or clients, scheduling meetings, preparing documents and presentations as needed for staff, assisting with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and accounts receivable/payable.
