We are seeking a motivated and organised Administration Assistant to join our friendly team at our aged care home in Myrtle Bank . This vital role supports the daily operations of the facility by providing high-quality administrative and reception support to residents, visitors, and staff.

We’re looking for an experienced Administration Coordinator to join a warm, purpose-driven aged care facility in Myrtle Bank. You’ll play a key role in supporting residents, staff, and families while managing day-to-day admin, admissions, and rostering.

What you’ll do:

  • Greet and support residents, families, and visitors
  • Manage admissions and maintain accurate records
  • Take meeting minutes and support reception
  • Handle general office admin and rostering
  • Liaise with care, corporate, and hospitality teams

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years in admin/reception (aged care a bonus)
  • Friendly, respectful, and highly organised
  • Proficient in Excel and MS Office
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail
  • Must have 3x COVID + current flu vax
  • NDIS Screening Check + National Police Clearance
