We are seeking a motivated and organised Administration Assistant to join our friendly team at our aged care home in Myrtle Bank . This vital role supports the daily operations of the facility by providing high-quality administrative and reception support to residents, visitors, and staff.
We’re looking for an experienced Administration Coordinator to join a warm, purpose-driven aged care facility in Myrtle Bank. You’ll play a key role in supporting residents, staff, and families while managing day-to-day admin, admissions, and rostering.
What you’ll do:
- Greet and support residents, families, and visitors
- Manage admissions and maintain accurate records
- Take meeting minutes and support reception
- Handle general office admin and rostering
- Liaise with care, corporate, and hospitality teams
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years in admin/reception (aged care a bonus)
- Friendly, respectful, and highly organised
- Proficient in Excel and MS Office
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Must have 3x COVID + current flu vax
- NDIS Screening Check + National Police Clearance
