We are a growing Accounting & Taxation practice located in South Perth with easy access to public transport and free public parking.

Role Summary

We are looking for a self-motivated and reliable Office Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis, with an option of full-time/part-time hours and a flexible working arrangement. Previous experience in a similar role will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to office team members
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and postage to/from clients
  • Handle correspondences with ATO via Tax Agent Portal, mail and phone calls
  • Liaise with clients about general queries and invoices
  • Assist with the preparation of documents including word processing, photocopying, and binding.
  • General office duties and other administrative tasks (ad hoc).

  • Good proficiency in MS Office Suites
  • Permanent Residency in Australia
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and good at multi tasking
  • Strong communication skill – both written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional presentation and customer-service mindset
