We are a growing Accounting & Taxation practice located in South Perth with easy access to public transport and free public parking.
Role Summary
We are looking for a self-motivated and reliable Office Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis, with an option of full-time/part-time hours and a flexible working arrangement. Previous experience in a similar role will be highly regarded.
Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to office team members
- Handle phone calls, emails, and postage to/from clients
- Handle correspondences with ATO via Tax Agent Portal, mail and phone calls
- Liaise with clients about general queries and invoices
- Assist with the preparation of documents including word processing, photocopying, and binding.
- General office duties and other administrative tasks (ad hoc).
What We\'re Looking For
- Good proficiency in MS Office Suites
- Permanent Residency in Australia
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and good at multi tasking
- Strong communication skill β both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional presentation and customer-service mindset
