The Office and Professional Recruitment team are a cohesive team who work together to support our clients and candidates to find their perfect the role:Our client, an award winning Architectural firm, with offices in Adelaide and interstate is looking for an experienced Office Administrator to contribute to the growth and day to day running of the office. This part time temporary (approximately 3 months with a view to permanent for the right candidate) role is suited to someone who wants to join a close-knit team and offer project support as well as general office support to a busy Adelaide CBD Architectural firm. Working 3 days/week, hours per week, Tuesday Thursday. Key tasks include, but are not limited to:Day to day administration including answering phones, booking meetings, client and visitor hosting, ordering supplies etcMaintenance and ordering of suppliesCoordinating meetings including organising cateringLiaising and coordinating practice requirements, such as maintenance, cleaning and building accessProviding IT supportAccounts administration, including invoicingTracking long term administration projectsSupporting the director in the execution of projects, including liaising with builders, contractors, suppliers and the clientProject administration and secretarial support for the director and architectsProviding support to the practice teamManaging and coordinating memberships and accreditations for the practiceAbout you:Prior experience in office and/or project support (required)Ability to work autonomously and within a teamExcellent communication skillsAbility to liaise with both internal and external stakeholdersFast-paced, quick learnerPrior experience in an Architectural or construction practice (desirable)Benefits of joining Maximas temporary recruitment services:Subsidised Skin Cancer checksFree yearly flu shotsEmployment Assistance ProgramOngoing monitoring and support About Maxima:Maxima is a not for profit company, established in 1985, focusing on supporting people in their pursuit of meaningful and fulfilling work.
