Overview

The Public Transport Authority (PTA) is seeking a motivated and professional Office Administrator to join Transperth Train Operations on a permanent, full‑time basis. Based at Perth Station and reporting to the Administration and Revenue Manager – Security, this role provides high‑quality administrative, secretarial and office management support to the Security Services Senior Management Team.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing and coordinating management reports, presentations and statistical information to support decision‑making and agency reporting requirements
  • Supporting systems administration activities, including staff onboarding, access approvals, regular audits of system permissions and maintenance of accurate access records
