Position Overview and Objective

The Office Administrator is a full-time position. This individual will be responsible for

supporting our office & its personnel in Bengaluru. The role is in-office and requires the

applicant to be physically present on-site 5 days per week.

Primary Responsibilities And Duties

  • Answer all incoming phone calls and redirect as necessary.
  • Process incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Planning and executing of events within the office in partnership with other stakeholders including HR, people experience, and department leaders.
  • Managing the access control system software including the printing of credentials, activation & deactivation of credentials, and tracking of temporary badges.
  • Keep the office/kitchen tidy and Stationery items stocked.
